Philadelphia’s Most Famous Food!

If you ask an American person, “What’s the most famous food from Philadelphia?”, everyone will have the same answer.
“Philly Cheesesteak!” Cheesesteaks are large sandwiches filled with chopped steak, cheese and fried onions, and they are famous all over America.
Some people like to add other ingredients like peppers or mushrooms, and there are many different kinds of cheese available (especially American and Provolone cheese).
The bread is much harder and stronger than Japanese bread, perfect for holding a lot of heavy ingredients! In Philadelphia they are so popular that most people have their own favorite cheesesteak restaurant (my favorites is called Joe’s).
Please try a Philly Cheesesteak if you have a chance to try one, but make sure you’re very hungry before you go!
